Background
On February 25th Island Crisis Society are hosting The Coldest Night of the Year. Participants are walking 5 or 10km, to experience the conditions and hardships that a majority of their clients face on a daily basis. Their goal for the 1st year is to raise $25,000 to enable them to provide shelter and care for those in need, reflecting the love of God in loving one another.
The Oceanside staff are setting a challenge to raise $2000.00. If we reach this goal, Mark du Toit has promised to shave his head live on The Booth, and wear shorts and no touque on this walk!!! See details below to pledge to Team Oceanside …

Give to team ‘Oceanside’ or to any other person who is walking – just search the name in the link above
Either just pay an entry fee to walk, or walk and raise funds
Help hand out hot chocolate, prepare the meal etc etc…
